About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor with BA (Hons) in Counselling (2012); member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with 15 years' experience working with adults, teens and couples.
My therapeutic approach is based on Person-Centred Therapy and I use Solution-Focused interventions in my work with clients. My work in couples therapy is informed by the Attachment Theory, Systemic Relational Therapy and Gottman Method.
