Qualifications
I am a fully qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling from the University of Greenwich (2012) and NCFE certification in Humanistic Counselling from Guildford College.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework (BACP Registered Member: MBACP 200382).

How I work
My therapeutic approach is based on Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
My work in couple therapy is informed by the Attachment Theory, Systemic Relational Therapy and Gottman Method.

Experience
My over 15 years' experience as a counsellor includes working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages and sexual orientations.
Alongside running my own private practice, I work with a charity in Winchester providing counselling to young people.
To maintain and enhance my skills, knowledge, and experience I take part in regular Continuous Professional Development activities and supervision.
