The healing element of the therapeutic process is the professional and confidential relationship between the counsellor and the client. Counselling does not provide answers or advice, but facilitates your self-awareness and understanding of yourself and your issues, therefore enabling you to experience life and relationships in a more positive and fullfilling way.

My therapeutic approach is based on Person-Centred Therapy and I use Solution-Focused interventions in my work with clients.
My work in couples therapy is informed by the Attachment Theory, Systemic Relational Therapy and Gottman Method.

The aim of counselling is to enable positive changes;  it is a process where my role is to develop a safe, non-judgemental, supportive and healing relationship with you, in which I will engage with empathy, warmth and willingness to understand the world the way you see it.

Dealing with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, loss and poor relationship with food can be a very lonely, difficult and debilitating experience, often preventing you from leading a fulfilling life, and usually affecting various areas of your life - relationships, health, work, personal achievements and more. Counselling can help you gain insight into the causes of the difficulties you are experiencing and enable you to create new mechanisms for coping with the challenges.
